Only programs that explicitly offer a Certificate of Completion provide one. Each program states its completion requirements and how the certificate is issued or collected. Registration or payment alone does not satisfy those conditions. Certificates are issued by Canadian Professionals and Skilled Workforce Development Centre (CPSWDC).
A CPSWDC Certificate of Completion recognizes successful completion of the specific program identified on it. It is not a professional licence, regulated professional certification, academic degree, or government-issued professional qualification, and does not authorize practice of a regulated profession.
The annual fee is the final CAD amount, including applicable taxes. No additional tax is added. Membership refund requests are reviewed individually by CPSWDC. Cancelling renewal does not automatically issue a refund. Contact CPSWDC with your membership or invoice reference. Paid memberships use annual subscriptions and renew automatically unless canceled. Members can cancel automatic renewal through Manage membership; access normally continues to the end of the current paid period. A free website account provides Guest access and is separate from the four paid membership categories.

Each workshop sets its cancellation, refund, transfer and absence rules in its published terms, which are retained with your registration. Contact CPSWDC with your registration reference to request assistance. Cancellation and payment refund are separate actions: a full refund revokes registration; a partial refund does not cancel attendance unless staff also cancel it.
Contact CPSWDC with your name, the membership or program purchased, payment date, amount and currency, order or registration reference if available, and a description of the issue.
